Mascotas
These paintings are made on the back of the packages for Mallomars, (my father's favorite cookie), wax paper, and cheerios. The shape of the box inspired the painting and images which at times take on the character of a pet.....thus the word Mascota. I was learning to speak Spanish and loved the word Mascota!
